Warren is different from the rest of our portfolio on purpose. Where most of our homes are set up for families wanting a quiet week away, this one is built for groups that need real room to gather: seven bedrooms and six bathrooms on a single level, sleeping up to 18 people without anyone climbing stairs to get to bed.

A pool table and multiple separate gathering areas mean a group gets both a big shared space and quiet corners to break off into, instead of picking one or the other. The dining areas are set up for meals eaten together rather than in shifts, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at group scale, and there's a laptop-friendly workspace with fast WiFi for anyone who needs to keep working between sessions. A private outdoor space, free driveway parking plus street parking, and pet-friendly rules round it out.

Faith groups, youth groups, family reunions, leadership and team retreats, wellness groups, and wedding-weekend overflow are all a genuine fit here. This property exists for exactly that kind of stay. Ministries and nonprofits running a mission-aligned retreat should ask about the Blessings Place Grant Program when they reach out: it's a real, active program offering reduced rates for qualifying groups.

Because retreats and larger groups vary so much in size, length, and setup, we don't quote a flat group rate up front.
