Two full levels give Lincoln's guests real separation instead of one floor to share. The upstairs of this Bradenton home has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, and a dining area with its own full bath, essentially a complete home on its own.

A private outdoor staircase leads down to the lower level, where two more bedrooms (one is a converted garage with its own AC and a workspace, good for anyone who needs to get work done) share a full bath with in-unit laundry, plus a separate lounge area with a kitchenette and full-size fridge. It works well for two families traveling together, or one larger family that wants adults and kids to have their own footprint. Out back, the yard opens onto lake views, a quiet spot to end the day.

This is a residential street, so we ask guests to keep evenings quiet and be considerate of the neighbors. Kids are welcome, and if you're bringing an extended family or two households traveling together who want space without splitting into separate rentals, this is that property.
